From a ticket gate in Handai-byouin-mae station (阪大病院前駅) of Osaka Monorail, go right and get down the steps.
Actually, this picture is, of an entrance on left-hand side. So go to the exit on opposite side.

Start to go north along the monorail lines.
There is a gate of Osaka University. But do not enter into the university premise yet.
Continue to walk along the monorail lines.

You can see a convenience store.
Cross a road that is without a crosswalk.
Be careful of cars coming from behind you.

Now you get to the north entrance of Osaka University, which is on your left-hand side.

Come in from a main entrance of bldg. A12.
Doors of the entrance are unlocked only from 8:00 to 20:00 on weekdays.
They are closed all day on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
A floor plan is available on your left-hand side wall right after getting in.
Go up the stairway to the 2nd floor.
