**Method of oral presentation**
As to your oral presentation, please make sure to use either MS Power Point or pdf file (or Keynote for Mac).
An LCD projector is available in the conference room. Please note the following.
(1) Please use your own PC if possible.
(2) If you prefer not take your own PC with you to the conference, you can use PCs (Windows/Mac) at the meeting room. In this case, you can send your Power Point/pdf file of your presentation to isatcamt.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp by the 12th of November or take your file in a memory stick.
(3) If you really need to use "old-fashioned" OHP transparencies, please contact us well in advance.

Poster Session


Poster Awards for Students:
Best/Excellent Poster Awards will be given to _students_ who present their high quality work in utmost professional manner in the poster session of ISAT-4.


Size of poster board(cm): 210(H) x 90(W)
Sticky tapes are not suitable. Pushpin is readied.


Suggestion for Poster Presentation:
To provide all poster presenters with some opportunities of viewing others' posters during the poster session, the program committee suggests the presenters take turns at presenting and viewing posters in the following manner.


(1) From 13:00 to 13:40 (first 40 mins)
Presenters of the odd-number posters (1,3, 5, ...) are requested to be at their own posters during this period. The rest are encouraged to walk around and view others' posters.


(2) From 13:40 to 14:20 (second 40 mins)
Presenters of the even-number posters (2,4, 6, ...) are requested to be at their own posters during this period. The rest are encouraged to walk around and view others'posters.
